The Immature and Infantile Ways of Brandon Marshall

Brandon Marshall is a spoiled brat.

Brandon Marshall is a spoiled brat.

The Denver Broncos have suspended Pro Bowl Wide Receiver, Brandon Marshall for behavior detrimental to the team. SHOCKER!!!

Who didn’t see this coming a mile away? I knew as soon as your teammate and fellow crybaby, Jay Cutler, got traded you were going to throw a temper tantrum like a spoiled little child who can’t have ice cream. You need to grow up!

Brandon, you have all the talent in the world and you are throwing it all away! How many unemployed Americans (myself included) would die for the millions of dollars you make undeservedly.

We put in the 40-60 hours a week at our jobs to pay our bills and our companies decide they need to “let us go” to make their goals. We are handed a box and given a handshake then we are jobless.

Marshall was the 119th player taken in the 2006 NFL Draft out of the University of Central Florida. After catching 20 passes as a rookie, he has caught more than 100 passes each of the last two seasons.

You have been arrested at least three times (I have lost count).  You have been suspended by your team. You didn’t read your playbook. You don’t like your new coach or quarterback.  You walked through warm-ups as your teammates ran. You punted a ball away from a ball boy and swatted away a pass to him.

These are not accepted behaviors for a 25-year old man who is perceived as a role model for young people (parents should be role models, not athletes in my opinion). You are a joke and a blemish on the NFL. Playing in the NFL is a privilege not a right.

All the stats, records, pro bowls, and millions of dollars don’t mean squat when you are a shell of a man. Take this time away from the team and do some soul searching.

Truth be told Brandon, no one in America has one ounce respect for you. You have a job that you get paid absurdly well to do and you disrespect your occupation and employer.

Sorry man, the pity train left along time ago from Brandon Marshall station.
